Corporate Realty Advisors was founded in 1987 by Gerard P. Hill III with a desire and vision to form a company, which would provide a personal, hands on approach to representing clients, and an entrepreneurial spirit in doing business.

Corporate Realty has set itself apart by applying experience and unique problem solving strategies, which have been instrumental in completing hundreds of transactions, with a wide array of commercial and industrial clients.

Rather than creating a large firm and losing our "personal touch," we have kept the company a smaller, "boutique" firm in size. This allows us to offer personalized services, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
