Corporate Realty was founded in 1987, by Gerard P. Hill III. Gerard has more than 33 years of professional, diversified experience in the Commercial and Industrial real estate industries, nationwide.

Corporate Realty sets itself apart by applying unique problem solving strategies to    been instrumental in completing hundreds of transactions totaling hundreds of million dollars. 

In forming Corporate Realty Advisors, he had a desire and vision to form a company, which would provide a personal hands on, approach with an entrepreneurial spirit in doing business.

Rather than creating a large firm and losing his "personal touch," he has kept the company a smaller, what we refer to as a "boutique" firm as far as size. This allows us to offer personalized services with an entrepreneurial spirit.
