Gerard P. Hill founded Corporate Realty Advisors in 1988. Gerard has more than 33 years of professional experience in the commercial and industrial real estate industries.

He has operated in the industry as an owner, developer and broker. He has been involved in completing hundreds of transactions totaling hundreds of million dollars. He is a fourth generation Realtor who is involved in all aspects of the company’s activities.

In forming Corporate Realty Advisors, he had a desire and vision to form a company, which would provide a "personal hands on," approach with an entrepreneurial spirit in doing business.

Rather than creating a large firm and losing his "personal touch," he has kept the company a smaller, what we refer to as a "boutique" firm as far as size. This allows us to offer personalized services with an entrepreneurial spirit.
